SendMeSafe provides a platform for securely receiving client files via individual upload links. The platform includes a dashboard for managing clients, upload links, and received files.
The scope of features depends on the selected plan. Current features are available on the pricing page.
3Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for illegal activities, malware distribution, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5Data and Privacy
We process personal data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are the data controller for your client uploads; we act as a processor where applicable.
6Billing, Trials and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
8Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perzepta Capital PLC and its subsidiary SQAN Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
9Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
10Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms of Service with 30 days' notice. Changes will be communicated by email.
If you do not object within 30 days, the amended terms shall be deemed accepted.
