1. Provider

The service is operated by SQAN LTD, Company No. 14507268, registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

2. Service

SendMeSafe provides secure upload links and a dashboard to collect, store, and track client documents. You are responsible for the content you request and collect.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal activities, malware distribution, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and privacy

We process personal data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your client uploads; we act as a processor where applicable.

6. Billing, trials, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQAN LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
