Open the Transfers section and select 'New Transfer'. You'll see an overview of all your incoming and outgoing transfers.

What's the difference between Transfers and Share Links?
Share links are for sharing files with any recipient - even without a SendMeSafe account. Transfers, on the other hand, only work between linked Connect connections and offer more control: the recipient can accept or decline transfers.
How long are Transfers valid?
Transfers are valid for 7 days. If the recipient doesn't respond within this time, the transfer expires and the files are deleted.
Can I withdraw a Transfer?
Yes, as long as the transfer hasn't been accepted yet, you can withdraw it at any time. After acceptance, this is no longer possible.
How large can files be?
Maximum file size depends on your plan. Professional plan allows up to 500 MB per file, Organisation plan up to 2 GB.
Are Transfers encrypted?
Yes, all transfers are encrypted with TLS 1.3 during transmission and with AES-256 for storage.
Does the recipient need a SendMeSafe account?
Yes, transfers only work between SendMeSafe users who are connected. For external recipients, use Share Links instead.
