Frequently Asked Questions
How many upload links can I create?
The number depends on your plan. The Starter plan includes 10 active links, Pro includes 50, and Team includes unlimited.
Can I edit links after creation?
Yes, you can change password, expiration date, and size limit at any time. The link token stays the same.
What happens after link expiration?
After expiration, no new files can be uploaded. Already uploaded files remain available.
How large can files be?
Maximum file size depends on your plan. Pro allows up to 500 MB per file, Team allows up to 2 GB.
Are my clients notified?
Only if you actively send the link via email. Simply creating a link does not trigger any notification.
Can I customize the link token?
For security reasons, tokens are automatically generated and cannot be customized.
What happens on password errors?
After multiple failed attempts, access is temporarily blocked to prevent brute-force attacks.

- Create a separate link for each client to automatically assign files.
- Always set an expiration date to avoid leaving forgotten links active forever.
- Use passwords for links expecting sensitive documents.
- Regularly review your active links and deactivate those no longer needed.
- Inform your clients about the link's expiration date.
